We are The Crossway Foundation, a committed and passionate group comprising the Board of Directors, Executive Director, and Advisory Board Members. Our unwavering dedication is directed towards improving the lives of the children and families of Charlotte through a therapeutic approach to education. • Attract and retain top-tier educators by offering continuous professional development opportunities and improved benefits, enhancing the quality of education we provide.

Through these efforts, we aim to create scholarship programs and financial aid opportunities that will enable deserving students to access our academy and receive a quality education, and recruit and retain high quality teachers.
