I am a wife, mother of two, and experienced family physician practicing in Charlotte since 2005. My two children are neurodivergent, and I have extensive experience advocating for both of them over the past 10 years. My 8 year old daughter is in 2nd grade at Crossway Academy. This is her third year attending Crossway, and she is excited to go to school everyday. My experiences with my children have made me a better, more empathetic parent and physician. We have had a positive experience working with the Crossway Academy leadership, teachers, and therapists, and I am excited to contribute to the growth of our school and families however I can.
